These high interest readers will engage even the most reluctant reader. My students need books like My Big Fat Zombie Goldfish, Tacky the Penguin, Scaredy Squirrel, The Enormous Crocodile, Penguins from National Geographic and Charlie and the Chocolate Factory are all titles that get the students excited about reading and willing to go the extra mile to learn more. I want to capitalize on this and introduce a writing unit with each of these readers. the kids were so excited to learn that we were hopefully going to be getting some new readers this year! Your donation would help my students excel and be the highly engaged readers that I know that they can be.
