For the past several years, I've been able to borrow class sets of Rubik's Cubes from an online lending library. I had a set ordered for this year and unfortunately, the service was discontinued. I have some of the solution guides and they are also available online, so the only thing lacking is the cubes. Some students are able to purchase a Rubik's Cube and bring in their own, but not everyone in my district can do so. My students LOVE this unit and are always so proud when they are able to solve the Rubik's Cube! Solving Rubik's Cubes helps me get to know my students and eases their transition into a new building. Having a class set of cubes will be a resource that I will be able to use for years to come.
