With the chaos going on in the world it's important my students have an area they can relax and get away from it all for even just a few moments. It has been shown that good mental and emotional health are important to maintain and help with a students learning success. This Zen Zone will be that space of peace and relaxation that students need. Having a comfortable chair they can relax in, put their feet up and get a neck massage for a few minutes will be so beneficial to their mental and emotional well being.

About my class
