These students from Compton need the chance to read some phenomenal literature. These students have miss 18 months of class and need the opportunity to learn about social events from the past that affect them and the present that they are witnessing. They will feel the experience and devastation of Cassie Logan And be inspired by Woodson. I want to take them through this journey and experience as a whole group to really peel the layers back and clear a little more about their world. Please help introduce them to these great writers.
