My kids, because they are young and on the autism spectrum need engaging, hands on activities that are fun! These items will hold their interest while they learn reading and speaking skills. Most of the kids don’t yet talk and have very short attention spans. I am always trying to find activities that are engaging and exciting enough to hold their attention. The item in my wish list will do just that. Typically, I work one on one with students or in a small group of 2-3. These activities are perfect for this.
