I am requesting Kids Flakes and magnetic building blocks. Many of my students haven't seen these types of tools. It would be a great hands on experience for them. These tools would teach students in grades first through sixth and would serve all students despite their economic status. Using these tools the students will use their own creativity to practice problem solving to complete their projects. Students will learn to be creative without the use of technology. Digital native students have never lived in a time when technology was not at their finger tips. These tools allow them to express themselves in a unique way. Our STEM rotation will include technology and thee tools will inspire different types of engagement.
