As a means of facilitating a safe space for self-identity and emotional exploration and expression, this project is designed to orient students on developing healthy ways of exploring their emotions. In addition to learning foundational art skills, students will be given prompts along with various assignments aimed at self-exploration, and daily mindfulness. The materials requested are essential for students to have a full and meaningful experience. In addition, this will assist students currently dealing with the trauma and stresses experienced during the year of being quarantined during the covid pandemic.
