Our classroom currently has no rug. We are limited to desks most of the day with no comfortable area to learn together and play. We will use the classroom rug for circle time, calendar, storytime, group learning, and group play. A classroom rug would help create a comfortable area for our classroom. It will be used to teach calendars, have story time, and teach social-emotional skills. It will be a comfortable and inviting spot for the students to learn as a group, listen to storytime, and learn social-emotional skills together through teaching and play.
