These materials will help make a difference in my students' learning not only in the classroom but also at home and anywhere communication is needed. A color printer will benefit my students because they rely on colored icons for their schedules and communication. A color printer will also help me create social stories that teach them about many common occurrences, such as going to the dentist, learning to ride a bike, and how to stay safe when they are in an unfamiliar place. Color brings pictures of food choices to life and they can share that they don't like yellow mustard or they do like red Ketchup.
