Balance and flexibility will allow my students to improve their posture and develop stunning performances expressing their own identities with the help of their bodies' expressions. My students are working on stance, balance, and posture. With the help of the yoga mats, my students will be able to practice their balance barefooted by performing balance yoga poses; they will improve their flexibility by utilizing their body weight to stretch with floor exercises. These mats will improve my students learning by giving our small improvised dance classroom a dance studio feel.

About my class
