Each student here has an IEP (individual education plan) with a special needs disability. Food is the biggest motivator for everyone, its one of the main things on Maslow's hierarchy. Each student will be working on a goal, each student has a different goal and skill level. Reinforcer will be passed out for obtaining the goal whether short term for some students that's after following a directive. Other students will earn a reinforcer/snack after after achieving a long term goal which may be week of being on task. Lets face it food is the biggest motivator of all and it truly helps in the educational setting.
