I tell my kids we use our hands and manipulatives to help information stick in our brains! This project will accomplish just that! Teaching individualized, phonics instruction in a small group setting with hands-on materials will allow these growing learners to attain the skills required to be proficient readers. The leveled books included in this project will be used both at school and home since many of our students don't have access to reading materials. The goal is not only to have kids reading on grade level, but to foster a love of reading, books, and allowing their imaginations to run free!

About my class
