This flexible seating options in my classroom will serve as a place where my students will go to feel comfortable while reading to themselves. When I am reading, I love to get comfortable and I want to give my students that same opportunity when they are in my classroom. The books will be fun to read and they will provide great interaction when we have story time. I want my students to love reading. If they choose the "just right book" and have a place where they can comfortably sit while reading, they will absolutely love reading and they will love when I present them with the opportunity to read in the classroom. Reading can improve a child's social skills, literacy skills, and mental health, which is why I want them to develop a love for reading at a young age.
