In this project both of my science classes will be comparing and contrasting owl pellets. These owls come from different regions so it will be interesting to see how there are different species and variants that live in different areas of the world. This activity will be a nice culminating end after we finish our unit on animals and biomes. I did a similar project a few years ago, but I used barn owl pellets instead. I am eager to see how this project will go because we will be using owl pellets from different regions and we can discuss the different animals that live in each biome.
