These read aloud books will bring to the forefront of the class our cultural differences. It will provide students the opportunity read books written by people of their own unique backgrounds and color. I look forward to sharing these novels with my students and allowing them to engage in conversations that they normally do not have the opportunity to discuss. Our classroom is a safe haven where I want my students to feel comfortable asking questions about things they do not know and or understand. Thank you in advance for your consideration.
