The iPads will allow for students to use them in small group instruction. In a fast growing technology world I will be able to provide my students both math and science Apps for them to grow their interests and engage in a conceptual understanding of mathematical and scientific ideas. They will be able to use them for Math problems, fact fluency, research for science investigations and projects. English language learners are big visual learners. Therefore, the visualization cards will allow for all my students to grasp concepts that are difficult to understand at their level and gain confidence through success. The math facts flash cards will allow for my students to enjoy and practice math computations with each other. Not only will these materials be accessible to my classroom but also all of my 5th grade team will have access to use therefore reaching over 100 excited 5th Grade students. All of my current and future students will be grateful for this generous donation.
