My students learn and progress best when they can have hands-on learning that feels like play. The flip chart stand will allow them to manipulate pictures, words, and sentences as well as practice their reading. The play-doh, clay, and other art supplies will be used to strengthen their fine motor skills while simultaneously incorporating them into our reading and math skill-based centers. In addition, these sweet kids will get a chance to explore their creative writing skills and see their writing progress in their writing journals. These hands-on supplies will provide my students with engaging skill-based and inquiry-based learning that is both fun and effective.
