The students that I teach did not have the opportunity to engage and learn through play last year due to distance learning. They missed out on the preschool experience that enhances social interactions and cooperative play. Some did not develop basic social skills or the joy of learning through collaborative play. They did not develop problem solving and problem resolution skills. My lessons will create opportunities where my students will work towards a common goal such as learning roles within play. They will enhance taking turns and encourage communication and feedback.
