When students can learn with play and interaction with their hands instead of just pencil to paper, it makes school and learning a little more fun! I want to give them alternatives while teaching them to read, write, and spell words! We can use these marker boards for so many things on both ELA and math. They can use the lines to get their handwriting practice in. They can draw number bonds on the boards and write number sentences for practice. Since they are magnetic, the letters will give them the opportunity to spell words out and easily swap the different sounds.
