This is my 5th year teaching third grade. MY students come from all cultural backgrounds and ranges from ages 8-10 years old. The students ALWAYS enter my room eager to learn. As an inclusion classroom, my students have a wide variety of social and emotional needs. I want to provide my students with a classroom environment where they can thrive and build a community with one another. THESE materials will be used in the classroom by the students on a daily basis as they learn. The students will have a happy and comfortable learning space as they work in partners or individually with the items on my LIST! MY students WILL feel welcome and comfortable with these requested materials. Positive student-teacher relationships are SO important than ever in these uncertain times. I believe these materials will help ease my students back into the classroom.
