The district I work for opened 16 new classrooms this year to make classroom sizes smaller. I decided to make the leap and go back to my Kindergarten roots. I went from a Preschool classroom fully stocked to a new classroom with bare materials. I’ve been adding to the room as time goes on but an easel is a major wish list item for me to use on a daily basis for story-time and other hands on learning activities for letters, sight words and even math activities. I can use the easel as an independent center for the children to manipulate as well.
