In the Pre-K classroom, we use a lot of hands-on activities to teach concepts. The items chosen will allow the students and parents an opportunity to connect at home and use the manipulatives to reinforce classroom activities as well as create new ones. The students will be able to learn through play and take a break from just watching television or playing games. The possibilities are limitless when you have the tools to make it happen. The different backpacks will allow for differentiated instruction for the children that are more advanced, and the others will provide a modified version that allows students to be met where they are and propel them forward.

About my class
