In addition, it will give my students the opportunity to learn about different people and places in our country and around the world. What's more is that StoryWorks provides rich texts that are meaningful and relatable to my students. It is my belief that learning takes place when it is meaningful and students can connect it to the world around them and to things they already know. These connections will build even deeper connections and increase their capacity for learning!
