About my class

The materials and supplies that I am requesting for my students already have a special place in our classroom. I want to create a safe comfortable space for my students to feel at "home" at school. Coming off of a year of remote learning, confusion, chaos, I feel that it is important for my students to feel as comfortable as possible in their transition back to a sense of normalcy. Everything on this list has a place and a purpose in our classroom. The laminator will help preserve student work and artwork. The spot markers will be used during carpet time and whole class instruction to help keep the students socially distant but within the confines of our group. The lanyard will help keep the students easily identifiable in a world of mandatory masks. They will be able to decorate and personalize them at their own will. The construction paper and the borders will help bring their work to life and be put on display every few weeks on our class bulletin boards. My students need to release stress and anxiety through stimulation and sensory toys will be met with the items that are on my list. We just need your help in getting everything through our door! The paper, pencils and other supplies of the sort will be used by the students, so that they may create books. My class will benefit from any and every item on this list and we thank you in advance for all of your help, ahead of time.
