Physical Education and outside recreational activities are in fact an integral part of growing up, and while sports are great for keeping children fit, active, and healthy, that are also a great way to teach them how to work as a team, how to socialize, and promote academic performance while having good, clean fun. We are requesting jump ropes, soccer balls, and kickballs for our students. The benefits of physical education in schools are far-reaching, including both increased student physical health and better academic performance. Over time, outside recreational activities and physical fitness have shown to improve learning in reading, math, and writing skills.
