This product is an integral component of the PLTW Medical Detective’s class. It will allow students to watch bacteria grow in real time and under varied conditions. Without an incubator my students will find it difficult to visualize the microscopic world that is involved daily in the medical career. The hands-on experience will immerse them in to a true introduction of the various jobs in the medical career field. Students will explore situations that mimic the duties and job responsibilities of nursing, laboratory techs, and pathologist to name a few.
