My students need the Feeling Buddies Self-Regulation Toolkit. The Feeling Buddies Self-Regulation Toolkit will help the children learn independent self-regulation strategies and language that will become their inner speech for self-control, emotional wellbeing, and healing for the rest of their lives When students are regulated they are ready to learn and this will increase their academic performance. Each and every day we work on modeling appropriate strategies to help children manage their emotions. All of the students in this class have an IEP and most of them have goals to address increasing social emotional skills and self-regulation. This curriculum will help develop the foundation skills to create life long learners.
