I have a diverse group of students and English Language Arts and Reading (ELAR) is a huge block of time for us. Kiddos love storytime and look forward to it. It is essential to have books that represent ALL kiddos! These books will be a great resource for building community within our classroom. Over the years, I have learned that so much more real-world learning takes place once kiddos feel like they belong. Nothing brings you together like getting to know people by learning all you can about them. These books will help us to embrace each other.
