A subscription to Time For Kids would allow me to continue to offer rich literacy experiences to my students in a variety of formats. Showing students that they can find reading enjoyment in this periodical resource would be so exciting and also add rich learning opportunities and conversations in our room. Teaching my students how to read non fiction writing and recognize and utilize the text features would enhance their literary experience in 3rd grade. It will be so great for my students to have their own individual copies of this magazine so that they are able to then take that home and share their learning with their families.
