My students will have an opportunity to work on hands-on activities like fold-ables that will go into their Interactive Math Notebooks! They use these notebooks daily sometimes as a reference to help them study for their assessments and classroom quizzes. Students get excited when they are given the opportunity to have hands-on activities because they are using all modalities! Students are more willing to work and participate when they can have something of their own to hold. Using all the brightly colored paper appeals to their senses and works extremely well as math manipulatives in their notebooks.
