With these bumper plates, we will be able to show our students how to properly lift and drop heavy weights. Our goal is to build confidence while teaching proper techniques and getting students ready for life long fitness practices. We want to be able pique students’ interests and show them that all students have strengths. Our barbell area in the weight room is a very popular station so with rubber bumper plates we as coaches will feel more comfortable allowing students to access and learn how to use the barbell stations.

About my class
