The resources will provide students the opportunity to research more on certain topics regarding American history, beyond the classroom set of textbooks. Students will need to use research for projects, essays, and other class activities. The resources will also provide different perspectives for students to learn about throughout our country’s history. Native American history is often over looked in curriculums and textbooks. All three resources will discuss Native American history, whether it’s specifically the history or the relationship Native Americans had with the presidents and with settlers. The resources are good for good for a large range of grades, as well, which will allow students of a variety of reading levels to understand.
