Kindergarten is a place of wonder and exploration. Having new and exciting materials to present to my students helps them be excited to come to school each day. New books will help timid readers become excited about characters they love! Decks of cards will be used to reinforce math concepts and increase social awareness through play. Wobble stools will help active bodied children focus during small group lessons. Hole punches become a tool to increase fine motor skills while calculators introduce and provide practice of new math concepts. Not only will these materials impact my class this year but they will continue to impact students for years to come. As you can see, our classroom has a multitude of needs and your donation will touch most every part of our day.
