These items will be used in the classroom in further developing skills with a variety of students with challenging needs, regular students and students that just want to have a fun learning experience. For example for life skill the uses of a microwave for cooking is essential in day to day life, from reheating to cooking an omelet. I am asking for a rocking chair in the classroom. What better than to sooth your anger or frustration by rocking. Isn't that what we did with our babies? This will be an asset for those struggling kids! The chess sets will enable student to focus, concentrate, and strategize. Isn't this what we want our kids to do? To think for themselves and develop their minds to think out of the box while having fun.
