These materials will be used daily to facilitate the speech and language learning of at-risk students. With the story writing boxes, flipbooks, social-emotional prompts, and other items, I plan on differentiating the curriculum they have been given and allow them to use skills across new activities. Many of my students struggle with the basic building blocks of language, which trickles into their other studies as they grow older. I want to provide them with the best possible opportunity to succeed by giving them innovative materials that specifically target their needs. Using specified tools instead of having to create my own with my own limited funds as a new educator allows me the additional time and effort into planning activities that are exciting and engaging to them.

About my class
