These supplies will make it possible for my students to engage in hands on learning. Science is all about doing and being able to show them things in the lab will solidify the learning for them. Using a microscope will open up a whole new world for my students and having basic glassware will give them an opportunity to do chemistry and biology experiments. The slides that go along with the microscope will show them things that the naked eye cannot see. With the hot plate and stirrer will be a great addition when doing acid and bases.
