This library will support ALL students from PreK to 8th grade. Each book will be used to enhance each SEL topic that we will cover. Some topics that will be covered throughout the year are our emotion management, empathy, coping strategies, and growth mindset. Reading is the foundation of all learning for students. When a student is unable to use the strategies taught in the classroom to read then a lot of important learning can be missed. I love to see the joy on my students' faces when we are enjoying a book together. All students would thrive from access to this many books. All students deserve books to read at home and in the classroom.

About my class
