As a growing school with limited space for physical education, stations are an excellent way to exercise while moving in a confined space. These stations are perfect for teaching about different movements with different equipment helping students have fun with fitness and friends. We all know that fitness can be a challenge for some children, but we hope that with this new equipment we can motivate students to keep moving! We hope that with these jump ropes, medicine balls, and new fitness spots the students will have a great time building their muscles!

About my class
