My third grade students have excessive amounts of energy in the classroom setting this year, due to distance learning last year. They are used to having completely flexible seating at home. We are reteaching and relearning how to be students in a classroom community and share our space. Students' excessive energy can hinder learning if it does not have an outlet. Wobble Chairs give my students a way to channel their excessive energy. They do not require students to sit still, rather they help the students continue to focus on their academics.
