To be able to learn, students need to feel safe and calm. Sometimes they need help to build up their basic social skills such as self-control. Taking a deep breath and counting are great strategies, but they are much more effective if the environment is specially set up for that needed break. This colorful simple furniture will allow my students to calm down and then be able to concentrate, focus and make big efforts in the process of learning academics too. Please help me to help them to celebrate learning.
