Some of the students in my class struggle with sensory processing disorders. Students may not have the words to express how they are feeling, but some of these items will provide a link to letting them meet their needs. These materials may help them calm some of their anxiety and overstimulation, as well as provide them with a break from academic activities that may be challenging for them at times. Students would have access to these activities either in the classroom or in a safe environment, such as a hallway.

About my class
