Our students are returning to full-time on-campus learning after persevering through the many challenges the pandemic brought them. Our students are adjusting to the many changes we've had and demonstrating resiliency in their willingness to learn. The resources here will be used as lessons in individual and group counseling to help support their social-emotional learning. Lessons will focus on identifying feelings, developing coping tools, and improving emotional expression. Money raised for TeachersPayTeachers will fund counseling groups to help students with anxiety from covid and students grieving the loss of a loved one. I will use the Teachers Pay Teachers funds to purchase social skills group curricula. This will help our students express their feelings in a safe space while learning essential pro-social skills. The books on the list will be used to facilitate discussions with students in individual sessions. Your support means the world to them and to us!
