Students will have quality equipment to have access to regular physical activity in their gymnasium with this equipment. Not only does this allow them to maintain their health, but also provides important character development and socialization. With limited Physical Education equipment, our active time for each student is less than what it should be because we have to share equipment. I've request equipment that can be repeated year after year and utilized in multiple ways to get more use out of each piece of equipment. This project is about turning the students into the new generation of physically literate students who WANT to move, know HOW to move, and feel CONFIDENT when moving. This would not be possible with long waiting times in class and limited/damaged equipment.
