My first graders need to learn how to write their letters. By providing them with dry erase boards and markers they will be able to practice writing their letters. They will be able to complete whole group activities such as dictation, story pictures, etc. These dry erase boards will allow me to see all student responses with a quick glance. This will result in real time adjustments to instruction. My students will benefit from these materials as they grow and learn how to sound out letters, words and eventually write independently.
