Students have really enjoyed working on physics projects that allow them to see what we are learning in action. Too many times a group has not finished in one class period and their project is left out and lost. The buckets allow for students to continue learning through longer and more engaging projects. Whiteboards and markers allow for students to work as a group and compare their lab results with other students. Manipulatives allow for each student to be a part of their own experiment and to understand how the science we are learning drives how objects move and engage in the subject far better than watching someone else do it.
