Tools like sensory manipulatives have been shown to increase engagement and focus for students with learning differences like autism and ADHD. In our inclusion classroom setting, students are learning how they and their classmates need different supports to access the curriculum. With multiple options for sensory integration, the goal is for students to show increased focus while self-advocating with the awareness of what works for them. Thank you for allowing these options to be possible; they will most certainly enrich our classroom environment! Your generosity goes a long way for these little learners!
