In a Breakout Box activity, students work together and think critically to "break into" locked boxes. They must solve challenging puzzles and follow directions carefully to succeed. Breakout box games will help build students Critical Thinking, Collaboration and Communication skills. Students get to practice their problem-solving skills and cultivate grit. At times it will be hard, but students must persevere in order to succeed. These boxes will also help build self-awareness, self-management, responsible decision making, social awareness, and relationship skills. These breakout boxes will UNLOCK many opportunities of engagement for my students.
