My second grade class is learning so much this year already, but we would love to have more science centers to really help make connections between our curriculum standards and real life experiences. Using these centers will teach the students how cross curricular standards can be applied to any subject and life long learning. These centers will be used to conduct experiments, higher level, project-based learning and for the students who need more hands-on learning to grasp the science standards. By donating to our project, you will ultimately be helping to increase their academic achievement. I will also be able to differentiate my instruction through these centers which will allow me more time to spend with students in need of more assistance and hands on learning.
