Students will engage in a dance performance on stage while other students will be trained to be stage managers for the production. The walkie talkies will be used to communicate during the show so that everything runs smoothly and successfully. The stage lights will help students learn how lights enhance a performance and create the mood of the dance. The students are learning about their history through the vehicle of dance. They will perform a Black history show highlighting their history from the 1600's to 2000's. Over 6 classes from K-8 will be involved in the performance.
