My students have been out of the classroom environment for almost 2 years, which has been difficult for many of them towards their learning. We need to reintroduce them back in the classroom with all the correct tools to create a seamless transition. One aspect left out of online instruction is the physical space the students will occupy. It is important for students to feels represented and included within the classroom and this can be accomplished with the items that are seen on the walls. The teachers pay teachers gift card and the laminator will be helpful in creating this space that facilities materials to further students learning and create a welcoming space. Working in an urban environment it is also helpful to have all the classroom materials that students will need in order to complete their day to day activities. Many of the materials listed will be given to our students so they do not have to worry about getting all these materials themselves and they feel prepare to learn coming into the classroom.
